Cheese Master -Tom and Jerry: Chase Official Video Contest

Entries Requirements

① Entries are limited to original videos created using content from the official Tom and Jerry mobile game. Submissions are to be based on the themes of prank, play, chase, and joyful contest. All other unrelated works or fanart will be considered as invalid submissions. if there are any questions about what works are accepted, please directly contact Tom and Jerry: Chase's official Facebook group for a prompt reply.

② All entries submitted by participants should be their own original works, plagiarism is not allowed. Submitted entries are suggested to be all-new works that have previously not been published as priority will be given to such works during prize selection.

③ The following works will be considered as invalid submissions:

1) Submissions that are not related to the themes of the contest or beyond the limits of the accepted type of works;

2) Submissions that plagiarize other people's works, or infringe upon others' intellectual property rights, property rights, reputation rights, credit rights, privacy rights, etc;

3) Works involving pornography, indecency, violence, discrimination and/or content that may cause discomfort to others;

4) Submissions with content that conflicts with the local laws of relevant countries and/or regions, or violate social public moral order;

5) Submissions that have been or are planning to be submitted for commercial use and those that have participated in other contests or have won awards in other contests;

6) Submissions with incomplete registration information;

7) Submissions that violate platform rules;

8) Other submissions that are deemed inappropriate for the public as considered by the contest officials;

For the above invalid submissions, Tom and Jerry: Chase reserves the right to remove the submission and prohibit the individual/individuals from submitting further works.

④ The copyright of the submissions belongs to the contributor. However, as for the award-winning entries (including but not limited to pictures/video clips), Tom and Jerry: Chase officials reserve the right to use the work (including but not limited to pictures/video clips), including but not limited to the rights to publish the work online, in magazines, in books, in picture collections and/or display offline, Tom and Jerry: Chase officials reserve the right to freely use the work (including but not limited to pictures/video clips). In accordance to the event requirements, Tom and Jerry: Chase officials also reserve the right to partially adjust or change the content of the work (including but not limited to pictures/video clips).

Submission Rules

① The submission time of this event is from 10:00 am on September 25 to midnight on October 25 (UTC + 8).

② During the event, participants simply need to open the event website, log in, click "SUBMIT", enter their personal information (real name, nationality, contact email, etc.), then upload their work and its details to officially join the contest. The video is required to have a resolution of 1920 x1080, in the format of .MP4 or .MOV, with a size of 10MB to 1G and a length of no more than 30 minutes. A cover image (image resolution 1920 x 1080, no larger than 10M) and a description of the work are also required.

③ All submissions should be recent original works, submitting on behalf of others or using others' videos is not permitted. The work should not contain any other platform's watermark, commercial promotion and/or advertising content. If there is any quotation or reference, the authorizing consent of the original creator should be obtained, and the source shall be specified in the video introduction. Otherwise, once verified, the work will be disqualified.

④ The content of submitted videos should not violate any relevant laws and regulations.

⑤ Collaborative submissions are required to refer to only one account, multiple repeat submissions and repeat winning are not allowed.

⑥ There is no limit to the number of works submitted by each participant, but only one can win rewards.

Voting Rules

① From 10:00 am on September 25 to midnight on October 25 (UTC + 8). , click the "SUBMIT" button at the top of the page or in the popup window, to jump to the application form.

② Online voting for this event is from 10:00 am on November 9, 2020, to midnight on November 25, 2020.

③ Event allows canvassing, but behavior that sabotages the principle of fair play such as malicious repeatedly voting are prohibited. Tom and Jerry: Chase officials will monitor the votes and those with severe violations will be disqualified. Selection Rules

① Awards and Prizes

Excellent Award (1 winner): iPhone 11 Pro 256 GB x1 , Limited in-game Frame x1.

Gold Award (2 winners): iPad(7th Gen) 128 GB X1, Limited in-game Frame x1.

Silver Award (3 winners): Beats Solo3 Wireless Headphones x1, Limited in-game Frame x1.

Popularity Award (50 winners): In-game pack valued at $50 US which includes 800 Gold, 1500 Silver, 250 Skin Gems, 300 Perk Points, 200 Proficiency, Stars*6, Stamp*1, $15 US Google Play Card and and Limited in-game Frame x1.

Participation Award (obtained by participating): In-game pack valued at $5 US which includes 500 Perk Points, 300 Gold, and 500 Proficiency.

② After the submission period ends (24:00 on October 25, 2020), all artworks will be reviewed by the judging panel. The panel will be composed of Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and Tom and Jerry: Chase project team members.

③ The Excellent Award, Gold Awards and Silver Awards of the contest will be jointly selected and determined by the scores of judging panel (60%) and the popularity votes (40%). The judging panel will make a comprehensive evaluation of each submission's creativity, visuals, overall compilation and other aspects of the submission. A single submission cannot win repeated awards.

④ The Popularity Award is the 50 most popular works submitted on the event page of the contest, based on the ranking of online votes at the end of the voting period (24:00 on November 25, 2020). A single submission cannot win repeated awards.

⑤ Each participant that successfully submits a work can receive the Participation Award.

⑥ All the awards will be announced on the event page and the official Facebook of Tom and Jerry: Chase after the voting period ends. Any prizes that are subject to taxation, receiving conditions, and/or related regulations are subject to local laws and regulations. The winner has no right to request a different prize, to change the quantity, color, etc. of the item/s or to exchange item/s for monetary value. Tom and Jerry: Chase is not responsible for the further maintenance and warranty of the goods.

⑦ Winners will receive an official email notification within 3 to 5 working days after the announcement of the award results. Winners will have the opportunity to join the Tom and Jerry: Chase's influencer trainee program. Please remember to check the email for further details.

Other Instructions

① During the contest, Tom and Jerry: Chase officials will only use participants' personal information to confirm their ID for purposes of the contest and to contact participants, personal information will not be used for any other purposes. Tom and Jerry: Chase officials will comply with laws and regulations related to personal information protection, safely use and manage all personal information, then delete the information immediately when the event has ended. All personal information collected will be handled in strict accordance with the privacy policy.

② Tom and Jerry: Chase will not bear any expenses or other risks arising from the submission, and the submitter shall bear all risk of submission.

③ The organizer shall not be liable for any interruption or disqualification of the contest or any damages to Tom and Jerry: Chase and Warner Bros. Entertainment caused by a submitter violating the contest rules.

④ The contestants must be legally responsible for the copyright of their entries. In the case of any legal dispute arising from the plagiarism of others' works, the contestant shall bear the legal responsibility. The sponsor and the organizer of this event will not be held accountable.

⑤ In the case that the copyright of an entry belongs to more than one person, the contestants should ensure that their entry has obtained the authorization of all copyright owners. The organizer and the sponsor of this event will not be legally liable for any disputes arising from unauthorized entries.

⑥ Submissions/voting report: During the contest, if you find the following entries, you can contact Tom and Jerry: Chase via the official Facebook to report them. Tom and Jerry: Chase will deal with each case according to the rules of the event.

⑧ Materials of the event related to Tom and Jerry belong to Warner Bros. Entertainment, and all entries can only be used for the submission of this event. If used for any other purpose, Warner reserves the right to pursue legal responsibility.
