Toots's Secondary Weapon: Soda Can
Lv 1：Toots throws a soda can which flies a certain distance before starting to rotate. The soda can freezes any enemies it hits. When attacked by Meow while frozen from the soda can, the effects of Meow will be accumulated faster. While the soda can is within range of Meow, its Movement Speed and radius will be increased. Any collisions between soda cans will inflict frozen over a larger range.
Lv 2：Soda cans will explode, leaving a coating of frozen soda on nearby surfaces. Toots and teammates will have greatly increased Movement Speed after crossing this icy coating, while enemies will have reduced Cheese Pushing Speed and Rocket rescue speed. Their locations will also be revealed for a period of time. Soda ice will disappear after 3 interactions or when the timer runs out.
Lv 3：Greatly reduces CD time.
